Is there a way to get paid reporting copyright infringement on the net? As a freelancer from the home?

How would that work? It wouldn't because there is no cash flow in order for you to get paid. A copyright infringement doesn't open up a revenue stream for the holder. They would have to sue, spending time and money in order to give any to you. Not a likely scenario I would say.
