Christmas leave 2008 for Navy "A" school?

My fiance left for the Navy basic today, 09-03-2008. He will be going into "A" school around the first of November so he will still be in "A" shcool at Christmas time in Meridian MS. WILL HE BE ABLE TO COME HOME FOR CHRISTMAS?????
