Is it possible to install factory bose in a 2000 grand prix gtp without changing the wires too much?

I have the chance to buy the complete Bose system that came in the grand prix's for under $150 and I was wondering if it is too much work to install. It has the amp, back 4 speakers, the two front door speakers, and 2 tweeters as well as the back shelf. The big thing I'm wondering if the wiring harness my car has will support the bose upgrade.
