Jews - "if one committed sodomy with a child of lesser age, no guilt is incurred. Samuel makes 3 the minimum"?

This has already been explained multiple times. The Talmud is making a distinction between punishment for child abuse and punishment for sodomy. The Talmud **never** condones with children.
