Imac g3 logic board upgrade?

i have a imac g3 400 MHZ 20 gb hdd 8 MB vRam 384 MB RAM Slot-loading cd-rom drive i know i cant just slap an intel cpu on it but can un solder the vram to increase just replace the 2 4 mb chips with two 64 mb chips and remove the cpu and the chipset and put an intel chipset and cpu on it then modify the firmware to allow the changes to run like normal and then allow it to have a max of 4 GB ram (though i would put only 2Gb max in it) and then change the firmware for the hdd settings to allow over 128 GB HDD Then put leopard on it it should work i think if i find the time, parts, and knowledge. Might have to replace the GPU also. I want the end spec to be intel core 2 duo 2.26 GHZ 2 GB Ram 128 MB VRAM 250 GB HDD Running leopard and the modified firmware.
