How should I get fit for Soccer?

I'm 14 years old, and am not expecting a growth spurt for a very long time. I weigh around 120 lbs and want to build more muscle(upper body and lower body), lose fat (im not unhealthy, but im not exceedingly fit, i.e i dont have very large muscles or prominent abdominals, but i dont have large quantities of fat), and i want to train my body specifically for soccer.
