How much do the right-wing propagandists who pollute sites like this get paid?

Are they as highly paid by the criminal cl as Rush Limbaugh, O'Reilly, Hannity, Coulter, Beck, etc? Or are they all just low-paid chumps, selling out their decency in the hopes of one day making the big time.
