How do i beat this mission on Tony Hawk's American Wasteland in Santa Monica?

The mission where ur in the courtyard... i already beat the 1st and 2nd part, but i need help on 3rd part, where we have to get to the guy in the theatre without touching any ground in the courtyard... how in the world do u do that??? Can anyone help me? Thanks. 10 points to the best answer
