Grateful Dead Rock Band update?

I've seen articles on the internet from like sept that speak of there being 12 grateful dead songs to be available for update to the game rock band. That's all though. Does anyone know when this is supposed to happen? Please note, i didnt ask if you like the grateful dead or not :0) . just throwin that out there.
