Any dentists in Phx who do low payment plans?

I don't have health insurance right now and know that I need one root c and I think I'm going to need a 2nd one. Plus, I know that there are other problems. I can't afford any more than $50/mo. There has to be soemone out there who can help me and not want a ton of money per month or up front.
