Anyone heard from "Advance Support" purporting to be connected with Microsoft?

Just had a 37 min call from them. Got me to check files on my PC and warned me that I had no software security which was why I had lots of ERROR and WARNING signs by some of the files. Of course they wanted me to buy a package of security but I wouldn't sign up until I checked them out. It was all very convincing though.
